Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the BoltAI affiliate program (the "Program"). The Program is operated by Podzim LLC ("BoltAI", "we", "us", or "our").

By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms and to our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not apply to or participate in the Program.

1. Joining the Program

  • You must apply through our affiliate sign-up page. We review every application and may accept or decline it at our discretion.
  • You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • The information you give us must be accurate, and you must keep it up to date.
  • Each person or business may hold one affiliate account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Commission

  • You earn a commission of 30% on qualifying purchases made by customers you refer.
  • A customer is referred by you when they reach boltai.com through your affiliate link and buy a BoltAI license on the BoltAI website within 30 days of that visit.
  • Once a customer is referred by you, their later purchases on the BoltAI website also qualify, including additional licenses, renewals, license extensions, upgrades, and added seats.
  • Commission is calculated on the amount the customer pays, excluding taxes.
  • Purchases made through third-party platforms such as Setapp or an app store do not qualify.
  • Referrals are attributed by our affiliate tracking software. We cannot credit purchases that the software did not record, for example when a customer blocks tracking or switches devices before buying.

3. Payouts

  • BoltAI purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. A commission becomes payable once at least 30 days have passed since the purchase and it has not been refunded or charged back.
  • Payable commissions are paid through our affiliate platform.
  • You are responsible for providing valid payout details and for any taxes owed on the commissions you receive.
  • No commission is owed on a purchase that is refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent. If a commission was already paid on such a purchase, we may deduct it from future payouts.

4. Promotion Rules

You may promote BoltAI through your own content, such as a website, newsletter, video channel, podcast, or social media account. You must not:

  • Bid on "BoltAI", "Bolt AI", "boltai.com", or any misspelling or variation of these terms in paid search or other paid advertising, or use them in ad text or display URLs.
  • Promote BoltAI through coupon, voucher, cashback, or loyalty sites, or through browser extensions that apply codes or links at checkout.
  • List BoltAI on deal or discount aggregator sites without our prior written approval.
  • Purchase through your own affiliate link, or refer your own business, employer, or household. Self-referrals do not earn commission.
  • Send unsolicited messages (spam) or post your link where the site's rules do not allow it.
  • Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-ups, redirects, or any other method that sets a referral without the visitor knowingly clicking your link.
  • Make false or misleading claims about BoltAI, its features, its pricing, or any discount.
  • Offer rebates, cashback, or other incentives to buyers from your commission without our prior written approval.
  • Present yourself as BoltAI or imply that you act on our behalf.

5. Disclosure

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with BoltAI wherever you share your link, in line with the advertising and consumer protection rules that apply to you.

6. Use of the BoltAI Brand

While you are in the Program, you may use the BoltAI name, logo, and screenshots from our Press Kit to promote BoltAI. You may not alter them, use them in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership beyond the Program, or register domains, social accounts, or app names that contain "BoltAI".

7. Violations

If we reasonably believe you have broken these Affiliate Terms, we may withhold or cancel the affected commissions, suspend your account, or remove you from the Program.

8. Ending Participation

  • You may leave the Program at any time by contacting us.
  • We may end your participation or close the Program at any time.
  • Commissions that were validly earned before termination will be paid, unless your participation ended because of a violation of these Affiliate Terms.

9. Relationship

You are an independent promoter. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between you and BoltAI.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Affiliate Terms and change commission rates or other Program details. We will post the updated terms on this page and revise the date above. Changes to commission rates apply to purchases made after the change. Continuing to participate after an update means you accept the updated terms.

11. Liability and Governing Law

The disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law sections of our Terms of Use apply to the Program.
